C'était le 23 septembre 2012. Un concert donné en plein air dans la région Bordelaise. Un CD de ce concert est en cours de production. Des informations sont à venir dès que possible et je ne manquerai pas de donner certaines informations ici-même ! Bonne écoute et à très bientôt ...

ABOUT ME

"NightBirds" is a french duo founded in 1985 by twin brothers who are interested in new electronic music.
At the very beginning, the original idea was to release an album late in 1985 with the few instruments they had. So Came their first self-produced album "Géode".

After some years, "NightBirds" presented their project live in 1993, at the "Electronic Waves" festival in Paris (France).
After this performance, the band studied electronic music instruments and mastering techniques.

The music of "NightBirds" is like a picture of sounds full of ambiances, minimalism and electroacoustic events. The band could be identified by the creation of long pieces like a gallery where artists could meet each other.
Their music in now known through self-produced releases and through some contributions like the "Dreamwatchers' Tales" series.
Now, "NightBirds" go on their way creating electronic landscapes...

* Live "ELECTRONIC WAVES" à l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (Amphithéâtre THEVENIN) / PARIS, le 26 juin 1993.

* NightBirds Live : "Palais des Congrès" salle Saint-Saëns / Cap d'Agde, le 19 août 1995.

* Concert pour l'exposition interactive "Kenneth Hung 60x1.com" - vernissage du 25.01.03 "la INK (Toulouse)".

* Live "Close Encounters of Electronic Music / Phase I" à Libourne, dans l'ancien Collège Grandchamp, le 7 août 2004.

* Concert "GEODE : Phase Interne" au "Close Encounters of Electronic Music / Phase II" à Libourne, dans l'ancien Collège Grandchamp, le 6 août 2005.

* NightBirds + Monade Ach : Live at festival "Silver Grapes" (Château Carignan / Bordeaux) le 23 septembre 2012.

* Durant la période de 2003 à 2010, plusieurs concerts ont étés donné à plusieurs occasions dans la région de Toulouse (France) pour des expositions... Nombreuses participations et arrangements pour divers groupes indépendants.

* 22 janvier 1989 : K7 : 1er Album "Géode" réalisé après une longue période d'enregistrement (de 1986 à 1988).

* 14 mars 1993 : K7 : "STRUKTUR MUSIC 1" / cassette auto-produite réalisée en mars (NB 4-100).

* 5 mai 1993 : K7 : "STRUKTUR MUSIC 2", live in studio (cassette auto-produite réalisée en mai). Non distribuée.

* 29 mai 1993 : K7 : "STRUKTUR MUSIC" (cassette de démos N°1 réalisée en mai pour l'I.R.C.A.M.)

* 26 juin 1993 : CD : Enregistrement du concert "ELECTRONIC WAVES".
Remerciements à Crystal Lake et S.Tassart... (CD N°3).

* 12 juillet 1993 : K7 : "NightBirds en Concert - Electronic Waves" (cassette auto-produite du concert). Only few products of this K7 was made / Epuisée.

* 14 janvier 1994 : K7 : "STRUKTUR MUSIC" (cassette de démos N°2 réalisée en janvier pour les fans).

* 14 février 1994 : K7 : Cassette de démos N°3 présentée dans un coffret Ltd / Epuisée.

* 14 juillet 1994 : "GEODE" (remaster K7) : 1er album du groupe. Cassette auto-produite et coffret Ltd. réalisée en juillet / NB 4-101. La musique sera une source d'étude à l'I.R.C.A.M.

* 16 janvier 1995 : K7 : "STRUKTUR MUSIC 3" - selected 92/94 (cassette auto-produite & coffret-DAT Ltd. de démos réalisée en janvier / NB 4-102 / Epuisée.

* 10 juillet 1995 : CD : "BORA" (1 titre enregistré pour une compilation CD intitulée "MINIMAL MAISON" et réalisée au mois de juillet.

* 27 août 1995 : K7 : Demo K7 for the KLEM magazine (only 25 copies) / Epuisée.

* 25 septembre 1995 : Enregistrement de la bande originale du moyen-métrage : "SUFFERING MOON - à l'aube est la lumière" de septembre 1995 à août 1996.

* 19 décembre 1999 : CD : l'album "GEODE" est enfin édité en CD et coffret autos-produits (très limité).

* 22 décembre 1999 : CD : "GRUPO SILENCIO" (2ème Album auto-produit).

* 17 février 2001 : CD : "MORNING WEATHER" (titre enregistré live au Palais des Congrès du Cap d'Agde le 19 août 1995). Projet CD "DREAMWATCHERS' TALES 1" (Ref. MIR-DWT01 / TLM music - Mirage Créations).

* 10 mars 2001 : CD : "Dreamwatchers' Tales" (prerelease copy from the first DWT project).
